about me

I am the mom of 4 grown children, who each helped prepare, and lead me toward my calling as a doula. I am honoured and humbled to be welcomed into your sacred birth journey. My desire is to relentlessly support women and their families as they grow and adjust to their new dynamic. With trust, communication, respect and gentleness, my goal is to help families feel empowered and encouraged through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. I am certified through Doulas of North America (DONA International). I am a current member of the Doula Association of Edmonton, the Doula Association of Alberta and DONA International.

  • ​24/7 virtual support from hiring

package 2:

  • 24/7 virtual support from hiring

  • 1 prenatal visit

  • use of birth tools

-$900 (monthly payment plans available)

add on offerings:

  • childbirth education session (2hrs)- 1 session- $100 / 2 sessions- $175

  • written birth timeline/story- $50

  • extra prenatal or postpartum visit (1.5-2hrs)- $100

  • birth pool kit rental- $175 

  • postpartum support- $30/hr (4 hour shifts, daytime only 8am-8pm)
